Leonardo Russo first participated in a Shaktipat Intensive in 1988 and has been following the Siddha Yoga path ever since. He has offered seva as a Siddha Yoga meditation teacher since 1992 and has taught in Siddha Yoga Sadhana Retreats, Family Retreats, and Muktananda Dhyana Saptah events in Europe, the United States, and Brazil. He currently offers seva as the teaching and learning events coordinator for Europe.

Leonardo studied law at the University of Bari Aldo Moro in southern Italy. Formerly a lawyer and journalist, he now works as a property manager in Rome, Italy, where he lives with his wife, Loredana, and their teenage daughter.
