Ask the Moon Your Question

A couple that was living in Thane, Maharashtra, visited Gurudev Siddha Peeth quite often to offer seva. Their five-year-old son always came with them to the Ashram.

One day, this young boy was speaking with Gurumayi and said, “If I am not with you and I have a question for you, what should I do?”

Gurumayi responded, “If that happens, just go look at the moon, ask me the question, and I will hear you.” One night a short time later, the boy was at home and told his mother he wanted to talk to Gurumayi.

His mother said, “Do you remember what Gurumayi said?”

He nodded his head, then walked outside and looked at the moon. A few moments later the phone rang in the house. When the mother answered, she heard Gurumayi’s voice.

Gurumayi said, “Tell your son I heard his question.”
