As the picture gallery gently unfolds the months and seasons before my eyes, there is one recurring feature in these beautiful photographs that has a special place in my heart, the wooden bridge at Lake Nityananda. I have witnessed the bridge covered with snow, drenched with sparkling raindrops, and bathed in sunlight. And each time, the bridge has a new meaning for me.

Now when I look at the latest photo of the bridge, bejeweled with lights and with the path curving into the unseen shore, I am reminded of the path I walk. The Siddha Yoga path is lit for me by Gurumayi’s teachings, leading me to my destination, the realization of my higher Self.

This bridge has become my friend, and I look forward to meeting it again in the nature galleries.

When I opened the March Nature Gallery and saw the beautiful image of the full moon above the lights, I felt it as a visual metaphor for the Guru-disciple relationship. I experienced the full moon representing our beloved Guru, Gurumayi ji, who is guiding us on the path. The shining series of tiny light dots are all of us in the global sangham following the path.

My heart feels so much joy and gratitude for Gurumayi ji. Thank you so much for this beautiful message given in the form of this photo, and for this understanding.

Looking at these powerful images reminds me that life is full of beauty, tenderness, and strength, as long as I am in connection with my inner Self.
