This morning I woke up a little sad, as I had a dream which brought up old, negative thoughts about myself. Then I read today’s teaching from Baba, which immediately helped me to start feeling better. The dharana led me to reflect on my own positive qualities. As a result, my focus has shifted to the generosity, courage, gentleness, love, and balance that I feel in my life and in my heart. This has strengthened my positivity and allowed it to replace the initial sadness with which I began my day. For me, these daily contemplations—as well as being beautiful—are a panacea for my soul.
