I was moved by the simplicity and profundity of the words sat, chit, and ananda given during the dharana. During inhalation and exhalation I experienced bliss, ananda, at the end points in particular. I went deep into meditation and enjoyed remaining in the state of bliss even after the meditation was over.
I am taking part in Baba’s “Teachings to Live By” regularly and gaining inner freedom and serenity, which is benefiting my sadhana and my worldly life.
