Participating in Baba’s “Teachings to Live By” this month has been so powerful for me. I’ve loved every one of the dharanas, which have provided guidance for my morning meditations. This particular dharana has been very helpful for me, as I had a difficult experience recently, which was making me feel very far from identifying with the Self. When the speaker mentioned the vibrations in the space where the in-breath and out-breath begin and end, it was a new idea for me. I had not previously experienced these vibrations. Doing so now is helping me to access and stay in that place of loving stillness within myself much longer each time. It feels as though focusing on these vibrations is helping me to find and stay with the Self throughout the day.

Baba’s teachings and the dharanas are so wonderful!

Every morning before meditation I listen to a teaching and the dharana of the day, and each time I dive deeply into the Self. When the tamboura and music end, I enter the peace and calm of inner silence and wish to never leave it.
