This dharana took me to a place within where I could experience the essence of Baba’s teaching.

Worshipping the Self filled me with joy, quietude, and an amazing feeling of contentment. I felt deep devotion and respect for my inner Self. I could not just see but also feel the divine effulgence coming from within. I felt that truly, God resides in me, as me.

Oh, I am so thankful! I am thankful for this dharana, because through my engagement with it I am able to understand and experience Baba’s teaching at a much deeper level than before.

This is such a profound teaching and meditation for me. As I contemplated it, I experienced that I could see a divine, white light shining in my heart. All I could think was that this light belongs to me; it is the light of my own Self. I could feel waves of love sweeping over me. I recognized that love is the essence of devotion, and love for my Self is no different from love for the divine.
