My heart beats to the title of the
satsang, “The Vibration of the Mantra.” Whenever I wake up in the middle of the night, unable to fall back asleep, I repeat the mantra
Om Namah Shivaya over and over again until a gentle blanket of calm and repose fills my heart and I very easefully fall back to sleep. The vibration of the mantra also provides me with great relief against stress during my working day.

We are so blessed to be part of these satsangs with our Siddha Yoga family, wherever we live and whatever is going on in our lives. For me, they have the warmth of gathering with family for a lovely meal, nurturing our spiritual path with their focus on the heart. Since I have been struggling with physical issues, this is a lovely reminder of the grace that is always present in my life.

My heart fills with gratitude for the Guru’s love and compassion. In the Siddha Yoga meditation center that I attend, we will be celebrating Bade Baba’s Punyatithi on August 5 at 6:45 p.m. And this beautiful gift will give us the opportunity to first have darshan of Bade Baba in the Temple, to offer prayers, and to meditate, thus preparing ourselves completely to participate in the satsang with full awareness.
I am very grateful to Gurumayi for this wonderful, grace-filled gift.

My August calendar is filled with the live-stream dates and my locally corresponding timings. It seems like a special pilgrimage. I can feel the joy in my heart with a longing for each event.
