Before the
Shri Guru Gita recitation, I thought of the people who could not be there. For me, it was as if they joined a large circle of light, as if their hearts and their kindness would support our intention to recite
Shri Guru Gita for peace in this world.
A few weeks earlier, I was in Gurudev Siddha Peeth, and every time I recited
Shri Guru Gita, I thought of some people with the intention of manifesting their subtle presence on this sacred land. Now, from receiving Gurumayi’s guidance, I know it worked! What a joy to offer them the fruits of the recitation!

I am so happy and grateful that I will be reciting Shri Guru Gita on this auspicious day with the Siddha Yoga global sangham in the Universal Hall. I can see that reciting Shri Guru Gita in a steady posture, reveling in the sweetness of each of its verses that exalt the infinite greatness of Shri Guru, while being connected to Siddha Yogis all around the globe, will be a powerful and auspicious way to launch the year and to practice each of the three lines of Gurumayi’s Message for 2024 !

I started hearing Shri Guru Gita very clearly inside. It was calling for me to recite it. Then I saw on the Siddha Yoga path website that there will be a satsang, via live video stream, this Sunday in honor of the 52nd anniversary of Baba’s introducing Shri Guru Gita “as one of the fundamental practices on the Siddha Yoga path.” I recited Shri Guru Gita and am feeling the vibrations of this sacred text in my being.
I feel that the satsang to come this weekend is an answer to my prayers. What a very happy New Year!
