Engaging with the Siddha Yoga Path website has supported my daily contemplation of Gurumayi's Message. Each day as I viewed the website, I considered, "What is Gurumayi teaching me today about her Message?" For example, as I noticed the simplicity of a leaf in frosty grass in the
Nischintata Gallery, my eyes slowed down and I was inspired to see what was around me, now.
The website gave me a cornucopia of ways to study according to my temperament and available time. I participated in Sweet Surprise multiple times, studied Gurumayi's questions in the Workbook and participated in the monthly Meditation Sessions. I also studied and memorized Gurumayi's exquisite poetry and recited
Shri Guru Gita with the recording on the website.
My study supported me in cultivating an increasingly gentle flow in my life. Even though my "to-do" list is as long as usual, I am able to approach each item with ease and joy by encouraging my mind to be calm and enjoy the day. This shift has brought a moment-to moment-experience of Gurumayi's love and guidance.

I have experienced great blessings from studying Gurumayi’s Message during 2019, through the Multiple Participation Package and through meditating on the Message throughout the year. It has been a year of continuous engagement for me, going deeper all the time.
Sitting at my
puja and practicing Gurumayi’s instructions has been a great joy, and something that I anticipate with eagerness. My mind has undergone a transformation! I receive simple guidance from within and am able to make decisions easily and faster. My mind knows what is right action and what is not. I have become more decisive.
I am able to witness events with more freedom, even those that previously might have affected me adversely. The power to solve problems—even computer problems—has arisen in me in an amazing way. I feel as if my mind has become a jewel, well-cut and clear.

As I reflect on Gurumayi’s Message for 2019—the support of my
sadhana for this year—I see how the awareness of the breath with the help of the
So’ham mantra stills and rejuvenates my mind. Keeping this awareness, which fills my mind with
prana shakti, constant has become my priority.
That ongoing meditation leads me toward my heart, where I find deep contentment. The light of the heart makes me perceive beauty around me, and I come to recognize that the world is nothing but Consciousness and I am That.

In reflecting on Gurumayi’s Message and her teachings about the mind, I understand that my mind is capable of doing everything for my happiness. But I used to keep limiting it. One day, when I thanked my mind and expressed my love for it, something unexpected happened. My mind turned toward me, smiled, and said, “Thank you.” It smiled at me!
It felt as if my mind started coming back to me once it felt recognized and loved. Now I am receiving its blessings. I remain at peace with myself all the time now, without any effort. My mind helps me. I love my mind and I am grateful for the love that I feel my mind has for me.
