Recently I have been spontaneously inspired to see how people’s hearts are suffused with God’s love. At the evening chant in Gurudev Siddha Peeth, I experienced everyone’s heart beating in the Guru’s pure love.
In my next meditation I found myself in a profound silence, in which I saw many tiny blue pearls shimmering with soft, sweet light, glowing in the silence with tremendous power. When I saw the video “Love in Action 2025,” I was surprised to see the same tiny blue pearls in the video. When I contemplated this, I felt very connected to the heart. I started repeating the Sanskrit letter yam from the image of the heart chakra, and was inspired to repeat it twelve times by counting the twelve flower petals. I can still feel the “pulsation of love” and that chakra in my heart.
My Guru’s grace through the video has worked on me tremendously and now I am tasting the rasa and nectarean bliss of my Guru’s love.

In this beautiful and precious video, I feel that Gurumayi is showing us the glory of the Heart and inspiring us to take this power and love out into the world, into all our interactions with others, and into the care and attention that we show to nature. I hear the incessant beat of the tambourine as a call to action, a marching song of love. I feel that Gurumayi is telling me that when I take her guidance to remain in my heart and act from that place, I will experience the blue hue of Consciousness and the experience of merging with God, of merging with the Self.

When I look at the exquisite imagery in “Love in Action 2025” from our beloved Gurumayi, I am reminded of this couplet by Kabir, the poet-saint of fifteenth-century India:
पोथी पढ़ि पढ़ि जग मुआ, पंडित भया न कोय।
ढाई आखर प्रेम का, पढ़े सो पंडित होय॥
“People in this world read books upon books until the end of their lives to gain knowledge and yet no one becomes a true scholar. One who studies just the two-and-a-half letters of prem, “love,” becomes a scholar.”
In this couplet Kabir ji is speaking about the power of love. In the devanagari script used for Hindi and Sanskrit, the word for “love,” prem, consists of these two-and-a-half letters: प्रेम. Kabir ji says you don’t become a truly learned person just from the knowledge gained by reading books, no matter how many books you read in your lifetime. On the other hand, if you were just to become a student of प्रेम, of love, the knowledge you would gain by imbibing this beautiful and powerful quality would make you a scholar, would make you wise.

When I opened the exquisite video “Love in Action 2025” and listened to the sound of the tambourine, my mind became captivated by the sound. And as the video unfolded its beautiful shining light, I was completely mesmerized. Just being with this sound and light, I could feel a sensation of energy in the heart. In this awareness, a thought arose, relating the sound to the sound of creation made by Lord Shiva’s small drum, the damaru.
The understanding came to me that at the heart of the universe is love, and that it is permeating the universe as a result of the play of sound and the manifestation of light. I meditated on the image of the heart chakra and relished the silence permeating the moment.
I am very grateful for this beautiful creative expression that uplifted my heart with pure vibrations of love.

What a gift from our beloved Gurumayi on Valentine’s Day! The tambourine rhythms took me to my heart, while the white rose reminded me to breathe in the fragrance of the Heart. The Om symbol connected me to the space between my breath where I’ve been experiencing Om arising. Then, receiving the exquisite darshan of the heart chakra led me to merge with silence and experience divine love.

During my morning meditation today, some hours before seeing “Love in Action 2025,” I had a vision of a bright light and the Sanskrit letter yam appeared, just like it is in the video. During the vision I recall asking myself questions like, “Is this the heart chakra? Is its color green?”
As I started my day with a visit to the Siddha Yoga path website, I was grateful to see Gurumayi ji’s “Love in Action” video. I also felt grateful that she had given me an inner darshan of this gift from her during my morning meditation.
I will treasure this experience of the inner Guru being with me and pursue my goal of seeing on the outside what is on the inside. This experience truly made my day!

What an invitation to enter the heart! Every element speaks of sacredness, divinity, and everlasting love shimmering within and without. The beat of the tambourine reminds me of Lord Shiva’s cosmic dance as he creates the universe with his damaru, his two-headed drum, with every moment in time. Unfolding within the heart of the design, the pure white rose, the symbol of the primordial sound Om, and the expanding heart chakra—all these beckon to me. I feel pulled inside and am reminded of the highest goal of becoming established in the Heart, the Self.

I cried out to my beloved Guru: “I cannot feel my heart!
I cannot see the light within!”
My beloved Guru answers
with this glorious heart-opening meditation,
bathed in the loving green light of the anahata chakra.
The heart-beat rhythms awakening me from my slumber,
once again I begin to feel the pulse of my heart.
I begin to sense the warmth of the light within.

After listening to the news of the world, I was consciously working to stay connected to a sense of well-being. I decided to go to visit the Siddha Yoga path website and here was Gurumayi’s
prasad for the world! Her love vibrated within my heart as I listened to the tambourine sounds. I felt calmer and more vibrant after watching the video scenes of what I thought were the stars forming the world.
Watching and listening to this video gift, I felt that I was being led into the light of my soul, and I knew that I could bring this light to the world around me. I could create a crack in the darkness for the light to come through.
The colors of the blues and greens transported me to feeling like I was looking at the ocean while standing in a rainforest. I am grateful to Gurumayi for this gift of love that I will keep close so I can allow the experience to unfold within.

This morning I recited
Shri Guru Gita, and then, feeling so much joy and love, I opened the Siddha Yoga path website and saw this beautiful video of “Love in Action” with the image of the heart chakra. My heart truly opened then, and I felt that what is most important in my life is love—love for my Guru, love for everyone I am with, love for the people I see in the street. Then this love can spread from inside me to everywhere across the planet, everywhere in the universe.
Today, on Valentine’s Day, I have received the gift of love within myself. I am so grateful to have received the grace in this life to have a Guru such as Gurumayi who guides me on the Siddha Yoga path. What more beautiful gift can I receive than this experience of love!

First, I was bedazzled by the beautiful celestial array that filled me with a bright blue light. When the white rose appeared, I felt a gentle opening in my
sahasrara, and it filled with a gentle love. When I saw the green-petaled image with a golden star in its center, I became transfixed. I felt my heart opening, yearning, stretching, and then just resting, resting as I bathed in love. Emerging from this experience, my heart is full and overflowing with my Guru’s love, and my eyes well up in gratitude and wonderment at the depth of my Guru’s love and compassion.

As soon as I saw this page, my heart overflowed with joy and love. My first thought was “Gurumayi has sent her love for me!”
This morning, during my yoga practice, the instructor asked us to hug ourselves and express our love for our bodies and souls. With my eyes closed, as I embraced myself, I felt my Guru’s presence within me—a warm, loving embrace that enveloped my being. In that moment, I recognized the intangible yet profound exchange of immense love.
When I saw “Love in Action” on the Siddha Yoga path website, I felt the same warmth and love of my Shri Guru. On this Valentine’s Day, I would say that feeling truly loved is the greatest gift.

What a beautiful video! To me, it is depicting all of us—so many bright lights in this world! And we are all together, creating light and love exactly where we are. A feeling of global kinship rose up in me when I saw the beautiful green image of the heart chakra
. I experienced so much power, so much light!
