I offer my sincere appreciation for this thoughtful and illuminating set of contemplations on the Guru’s words. I particularly appreciate the caution to be mindful of what thoughts I allow to continue in my mind, remembering that I can shift my perspective by taking the reins and guiding “the horses”—my senses—toward what is beneficial.

Having satsang in this digital Sadhana Circle is a gift! I get to learn from others’ shares and to practice expressing my own contemplations. I am grateful for the clarity and precision of the language in Eesha’s writings. My heart takes flight!
