Joseph Buga

Joseph was a vice president at Creamer Dickson Basford, a public relations and marketing firm, and vice president of marketing at KIS Corporation, a technology company.

He has offered full-time seva with the SYDA Foundation for over forty-three years. Before he was appointed to the SYDA Foundation Board of Trustees, Joseph served as its executive secretary for nine years. His contributions to the SYDA Foundation are noteworthy, spanning the gamut of managerial and supervisory positions. These include managing the Siddha Yoga Ashrams in New York and Los Angeles; helping to plan and manage several Siddha Yoga Teachings Visits to Europe, Asia, and Australia and New Zealand; overseeing the creation and distribution of communications to Siddha Yoga Ashrams and meditation centers; and creating effective management systems for departments of Siddha Yoga entities worldwide.

Joseph earned a BS and MS in psychology from the University of Illinois Chicago.

He lives in Shree Muktananda Ashram in upstate New York.
