In this “Preparation for Sweet Surprise,” you will learn and practice how your posture and breath support you in receiving and assimilating the Siddha Yoga teachings. Gurumayi Chidvilasananda has designed these instructions and unique breathing techniques specifically to prepare you to participate in Sweet Surprise.
Join Siddha Yoga meditation teacher Asa Siegel, the host, and Siddha Yoga meditation teacher Meera Laube Szapiro, who leads participants through Gurumayi's instructions on posture and breathing. You may practice these techniques as many times as you like.
As you get ready to participate in “Preparation for Sweet Surprise,” take these steps:

- Ensure that you have a meditation cushion, asana, and any other items that support you in sitting comfortably.
- Make sure essential items are at hand: drinking water, a journal, and a pen or pencil.
