I feel deep gratitude for this beautiful “Concluding Thoughts,” which fills my heart with reverence for Shri Guru’s all-pervading grace. This “Meditation on Swami Muktananda’s Words” gently reminds me that the human body is not ordinary—it is sacred, a living means to know God within.

The acronym “ABIDE“ for “A Body Is Divinity Expressed” deeply touches me. It turns my understanding inward and helps me value this human life as a precious gift for attaining Self-recognition through contemplation and the other practices of my sadhana. I was especially moved to remember that Shri Guru’s grace is not limited by place, time, or physical nearness. It pervades everything, guides the seeker inward, and illumines the Guru’s words in the heart.

The imagery of the hamsa, the swan, beautifully evokes the soul’s journey “toward freedom… through the body,” through sadhana, supported by Shri Guru’s compassion.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for this luminous contemplation.

After reading these last “Meditations” inspired by Baba’s words about the significant role our body plays in our sadhana and capacity to do sadhana, I have been more attentive to the miraculous things my dear body does for me. For instance, how is it that my body registers quite accurately when it’s time to wake up for meditation? My body so beautifully assists me in my practices! If I forget to say a blessing before eating my food or I don’t remember to chew thoroughly, my body reminds me. These experiences have been very affirming and have opened a deeper love and appreciation for my body and how it is my friend in my sadhana.

I am grateful for the way that these “Meditations” have stimulated such fruitful contemplations for me and for so many others, who have shared quite marvelous and rich experiences here in our “digital Sadhana Circle.” May our contemplations continue to deepen!

I am very grateful that my Guru’s teachings remind me over and over again of what is important and essential in my life.

The “Meditations” by Eesha on Baba’s words and all the insightful shares on the Siddha Yoga path website have touched my heart deeply and brought me greater peace, love, and stillness.

It is wonderful and a great blessing that we all can be a part of this digital Siddha Yoga Sadhana Circle and experience the support, love, and wisdom it offers.

I offer my sincere appreciation for this thoughtful and illuminating set of contemplations on the Guru’s words. I particularly appreciate the caution to be mindful of what thoughts I allow to continue in my mind, remembering that I can shift my perspective by taking the reins and guiding “the horses”—my senses—toward what is beneficial.

Having satsang in this digital Sadhana Circle is a gift! I get to learn from others’ shares and to practice expressing my own contemplations. I am grateful for the clarity and precision of the language in Eesha’s writings. My heart takes flight!
